Presenting at the conference, PTSC is honor to welcome the leaders from PetroVietnam, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, PTSC’s Standing Party Committee, Labor Union Committee, Veterans’ Organization, Youth Union Committee, … press reporters and over 250 outstanding staffs, Youth Union members representing for more than PTSC’s 9,000 employees.

According to the first half- yearly business report of PTSC’s General Director, Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung, PTSC has been maintaining contracts for provision of marine services, supply base services, O&M services, Engineering, Fabrication and installation oil & gas offshore structures services,  oil and gas materials and equipment services… for oil & gas companies and contractors. PTSC’s first half - yearly turnover reached VND 13,123.9 billion in which the consolidated turnover (except internal and associated and joint-vetures’ turnover) reached VND 11,586 billion completing 136% of the first half-yearly plan, equivalent to 55% of the year plan, increasing 47% compared with the same period of previous year. Profit before tax reached VND 530 billion, completing 142% the 6 months plan, equivalent to 58% of the year plan, increasing 8% compared with the same period last year.

On the same day, PTSC also organized promoting emulation movement of completing a month beyond 2011’s business plan. At the conference, all representatives from PTSC’s Standing Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of managing directors, Labor Union Committee, Veterans’ Organization, Youth Union Committee together with the leadership of PTSC’s subsidiary companies signed a mutual emulation agreement of completing a month beyond 2011’s plan to exceed the turnover plan of VND 21,000 billion.

At the conference, Mr. Le Cu Tan, PTSC’s Deputy General Director, and Mr. Tran Ngoc Dung, Director of PTSC Phuoc An Port Limited Company, honorably received the Third Level Labor Medal awarded by the State President. 9 groups including: Human Resource Division, Financial & Accounting Division, Business Development and Project Management Division, PTSC Marine, Binh An vessel crew – PTSC Marine, PTSC M& C, PTSC POS, PPS, PTSC Da Nang and 26 staffs from PTSC were awarded the certificate of merit of the Prime Minister.
