On June 19th 2013, Mr, Thai Quoc Hiep, Chairman of PTSC’s Board of Director, awarding the assignmen decision of Member of The Board of Directors holder General Director to Mr. Phan Thanh Tung in PTSC’s Head Office. Attending and witnessing the Annoucement Ceremony there were Leaders from PVN: Mr. Le Minh Hong, Deputy General Director, Mr, Nguyen Hung Dung, Deputy General Director and representatives from PVN’s Divisions; Members of PTSC’s Board of Directors, Board of Managing Directors and the Leadership from PTSC’s subsidiaries.

A delegation of high ranking officers led by Brunei’s Minister of Energy Mr. Pehin Yasmin and Mr. Dato Paduka Matsatejo Bin Sokiaw – CEO of the Brunei National Petroleum Company (Petroleum Brunei), paid a working visit to Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade, PetroVietnam and its subsidiaries during the last five days of February 2013. On 28th February, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) warmly hosted a reception for the delegation at its fabrication yard in Vung Tau City.

For the purpose of not only reviewing PTSC’s first half-yearly business performance, setting out specific duties, solutions for the rest 6 months of the year, and praising individuals & teams who had excellent contribution to PTSC’s achievements but also celebrating PTSC’s 45 Year- Tradition Ceremony, On August 13th 2011, PTSC organized conference of The First Half-Yearly’s Preliminary Review of Party Work, Business Performance, Labour Union Work, Youth Union Work as well as promoting emulation movement of completing a month beyond 2011’s business plan.

14th May 2012 saw the Load-out and Sail-away Ceremony of Su Tu Trang Jacket and Topside at PTSC M&C fabrication yard in Vung Tau City. Having attended the ceremony were there representatives of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP), PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), the management board of Cuu Long JOC and its Partner (Perenco - France and its former Partner ConocoPhilips – US), PTSC Mechanical and Construction Company (PTSC M&C), and other Oil and Gas companies.

On 27th June 2012, at PTSC fabrication yard in Vung Tau City, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (S.R. Vietnam), PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) hosted a load-out and sail-away ceremony for the PQP-HT Jacket, Bien Dong 1 (BD1) project, built for Bien Dong POC.

On April 4th 2012, PetroVietNam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) organized Annual Shareholders’ Conference 2012 in Caravell Hotel, HoChi Minh City. PTSC had the honour of attendance of representatives from PetroVietNam’s leadership, esteemed partners and clients, especially the attendance of 312 representatives of 246.144.867 stocks (reaching 82,67%).

On 24 April 2011, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation has organized the Contract Signing ceremony with Korean National Oil Corporation (KNOC) for the EPIC Booster Compressor project in Rong Doi field.
