In Offshore HUC segment, notable projects successfully implemented in the international market include:

• Provision of HUC, Integration work for Gallaf Batch 1, Gallaf Batch 2 & Gallaf Batch 3 projects, including 6 Well Head Platform (WHPs) and 3 Link Bridges at Al Shaheen Oil Field offshore Qatar by the contribution of over 1,300,000-manhours with more than 850 men for North Oil Company
• Provision of HUC services in Offshore Qatar for Technip FMB
• Provision of Manpower service for Offshore HUC work in U.A.E for NASR project
• Provision of Carry-over work service for Zatiwka project in Offshore Myanmar
• Provision of Offshore HUC services for 01 WHP in Brunei for Mahareja project

For big HUC & Brownfield/Greenfield projects, POS can quickly ramp up its workforce to 1,500 pax or more for working simultaneously at various locations.

In Vietnam market, POS deliver successfully over 20 Offshore HUC projects. Many projects are of large-scale significance with a total manhours accumulated up to dozens of millions performed entirely by Vietnamese worker and engineers. Remarkable domestics projects that have been successfully executed by POS including Sao Vang Central Process Platform for Idemitsu Gas Production. Provision of Offshore HUC services for Sư Tử Trắng Phase 1 project in which POS contributed 166,000 Manhours and was the largest Offshore construction in Vietnam at that time.

Not only knowing as a leader in Offshore HUC, but POS also aims to be an EPCI Contractor for Offshore Brownfield/Greenfield projects. Up to now, many EPCI Brownfield/Greenfield Modification projects have been delivered safely and successfully by POS are:

• EPCI Contractor for Booster Compressor project for Korea National Oil Company
• EPCI Contractor for TGT-H1 Water Handling System project for Hoang Long Joint Operating Company
• EPCI Contractor for E1 Extension Deck Module Project for JVPC
• EPCI Contractor for Ruby A & B Gaslift Project for Petronas

With the cooperation with our Subcontractor & Strategic Partner, recently POS has successfully performed the Transportation and Installation work for several significant projects including:

• Transportation & Installation services for Sao Vang Platform which contains of 17,000 Tons Jacket and 10,000 Ton Topside in Offshore Vietnam
• Transportation & Installation services for 118 km of 26 inches pipeline for NCS 2 Phase II Project
• Transportation & Installation services for submarine pipelines for Sao Vang Dai Nguyet project
• Transportation services for 26 wind turbines for Hoa Binh 5 wind power plant
• Transportation & Installation services for Vietnam Tan Thuan Offshore wind power project

Decommissioning services is identified strategically as a potential business segment in coming years not only in Vietnam but also in the region. In 2021, signing contract directly with Chevron Thailand for provision of Offshore pipeline decommissioning opens an opportunity for POS to gain practical experience, technology in this new service.
