POS is a professional service provider of modifications, operations and maintenance services. We provide full package of brownfield modification, operation and maintenance services for onshore and offshore oil, gas and renewable energy facilities, petrochemical complex, and refineries. Main scopes of work are:

1. Manpower supply for Operation and daily Maintenance:

• Provision of long-term manpower supply for Operation and daily maintenance of onshore and offshore oil, gas and renewable energy facilities
• Provision of short-term manpower supply for Operation and daily maintenance of onshore and offshore oil, gas and renewable energy facilities

2. EPCI packages for Modification and upgrading service:

• EPCI Package for flowline
• EPCI Package Separator Skid, Water treatment skid, SWAG Skid…
• EPCI package for replacement of equipment
• EPCI for Modification and Upgrading Structure, Piping, Process and E&I system

3. Fabric Maintenance:

• Painting and coating Service
• Non-Destructive Testing
• Insulation service
• Pipe wrapping, Online-Stop leaking

4. Mechanical Maintenance

• Vessel cleaning and inspection service
• Boiler Integrity Rectification
• Valve repair and testing service
• Mechanical/Chemical cleaning for Heat exchangers and boilers
• Flange management service
• Purging and leaktest service

5. Calibration, inspection and testing services for electrical equipment:

• Pressure Gauge, Limit switches, Temperature indicator…
• Provision of specialized services for inspection and testing of mechanical equipment, electrical and control equipment

Thanks to our engagement in a wide range of offshore construction projects, POS has built up considerable expertise with project management, skilled and qualified workforce and the use of relevant project management tools for complex projects comprising numerous sub-contractors and contracts in Viet Nam and in the region. This enables POS to utilize and optimize its strong and experience workforce to Client. POS’ personnel undergo rigorous training and obtain relevant certifications in the offshore construction industry, covering safety protocols, equipment operation, project management, and technical skills. They have hands-on experience and knowledge in pre-operation, operation, and maintenance activities on all scale platforms, including but not only the procedure development, production and process control, facility management, troubleshooting, etc. with a strong understanding of industry standards.

POS has long-term contracts to supply Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services for some major Clients in Vietnam, such as:

• Existing Operation and Maintenance contract for KNOC at Rong Doi platform
• Existing Operation and Maintenance contract for JVPC at Rang Dong platform
• Existing Operation and Maintenance contract for PVEP at Song Doc A platform
• Manpower services for Habour Energy at Chim Sao WHP & Lewek Emas FPSO (since 2022 to 2023)
• Operation and Maintenance (O&M) for CLJOC at STV CPP and FPSO ThaiBinh VN (since 2012 to 2016)
• In respect of operation and maintenance services for petrochemical complex, and refineries, POS is now known as a technical solution provider who are undertaking daily operation and maintenance tasks for Long Son Petrochemicals Company Limited – the owner of Vietnam’s first integrated petrochemicals complex in Vung Tau City
• Provision of EPCI services for 30 Flowlines for major clients such as PVEP POC, BDPOC, PETRONAS, IDEMITSU, PVEP BLK01&02, HARBOUR ENERGY…
• Provision of Gaslift Separation System on WHP-E1 for JVPC
• Provision of EPCI services for Gas Lift Inter Cooler và After Cooler on FPSO Leweek Emas for POVO
• Provision of 04 boiler repair services for LSP
